Room Selection -

• Current Student Room Renewal- Opens April 1, 2024 (12:00PM PT), Closes April 2, 2024 (11:59PM PT)
• Continuing Student Room Selection- Opens April 4, 2024 (12:00PM PT), Closes April 30, 2024 (11:59PM PT)
• NEW Student Room Selection- Opens May 8, 2024 (12:00PM PT), Closes May 31, 2024 (11:59PM PT)
• General Room Selection (Open to All)- Opens June 3, 2024 (12:00PM PT), Closes July 1, 2024 (11:59PM PT)

Room Renewal: Residents currently living in campus housing for the Spring 2024 semester may retain their current room assignment for the upcoming Academic Year.

Please note that the below buildings are ineligible for room renewal.

• 655 Sutter - Howard Brodie
• 736 Jones - Johannes Vermeer

Continuing Room Selection: Continuing Residents (any resident that has lived in campus housing before) may select a new room assignment in any building they are eligible for.

New Student Room Selection: Students that have NOT lived in campus housing before may select a new room assignment in any building they are eligible for.
