Academic Year 2026 - 2027 Room Selection

• Continuing Student Room Selection:
  • Opens - April 01, 2026 (12:00PM PT)
  • Closes - April 15, 2026 (11:59PM PT)
• NEW Student Room Selection:
  • Opens - April 17, 2026 (12:00PM PT)
  • Closes - April 30, 2026 (11:59PM PT)
• General Room Selection (Open to All):
  • Opens - May 01, 2026 (12:00PM PT)
  • Closes - July 01, 2026 (11:59PM PT)

Room Selection/Room Assignment Requirements

To be eligible to participate in Room Selection students must meet the following requirements:

• Have a completed housing application for Academic Year 2026 - 2027.
• Paid the housing deposit
• Enrolled in a minimum of 3 units (1 class) for the Fall 2026 semester

Room Selection Classifications

• Continuing Room Selection:
  • Continuing Residents (any resident that has lived in campus housing before) may select a new room assignment in any building they are eligible for.
• New Student Room Selection:
  • Students that have NOT lived in campus housing before may select a new room assignment in any building they are eligible for.

Move-In

• New International Student - Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (1 PM - 6 PM)
• NEW Student - Wednesday, August 26, 2026 (9 AM - 5 PM)
• Returning Student - Friday, August 28, 2026 (9 AM - 5 PM)
• Wednesday, September 2, 2026 - Fall 2026 Semester Classes Begin

Move Out

• 24 hours after last final or Wednesday, December 16, 2026 by 12pm (noon), whichever comes first.

Residence Halls Close for Fall 2026 Wednesday, December 16, 2026 at 12 PM PDT

Spring 2027

Move-In

• NEW International Student - Wednesday, January 20, 2027 (1 PM - 6 PM)
• NEW Student - Wednesday, January 27, 2027 (9 AM - 5 PM)
• Returning Student - Friday, January 29, 2027 (9 AM - 5 PM)
• Wednesday, February 3, 3037 - Spring 2027 Semester Classes Begin

Move Out

• 24 hours after last final or Wednesday, May 26, 2027 by 12pm (noon), whichever comes first.
