New Campus Housing Residents: What you need to complete housing selection: In order to participate in Housing selection, students must:
- Be enrolled for the Fall 2024 semester
- Have no outstanding financial charges on your student account
- Have at least $500 in your Housing Deposit
- Sign the Housing License Agreement for Fall 2024-Spring 2025
Current Campus Housing Residents: To select your housing assignment for the next Academic Year, you will need to make sure that you meet the below guidelines:
- Be enrolled for the Fall 2024 semester
- Have at least $1 in your Housing Deposit
- Sign the Housing License Agreement for Fall 2024-Spring 2025

Next, select your term session. Please keep in mind, the term of your housing application is a full academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters).
